摘要
Hall电流传感器是新型电力电子技术中不可缺少的检测器之一。本文介绍了用三种材料制作Hall传感器集束磁环的性能,并认为高磁密、高μi超微晶铁基合金是极有前途的Hall传感器铁芯材料。
Hall current sensor is one of the detectors indispensable to the new electric powder and electronic technologies. This paper presents the properties of gathering magnetic ring of Hall sensor made of three matenals. It is concluded that the high -permeability, high ui ultra-microcrystalline iron-based alloys are the pros-pective iron-core materials for the Hall sensor.
