摘要
通过选用高粒度砂轮研磨工作辊,对用于DF—300照相机的高精度不锈钢带和采用优化组合的轧制规程和道次控制,提高了钢带的外观质量和尺寸精度,使带钢的表面粗糙度Ra不大于0.2μm。在光亮连续炉内,对带钢的固溶处理温度和速度(保温时间)的控制,机械性能满足于照相机用大卷重高精度不锈钢带。
By selecting the working roller grinded by the wheel with large grain fineness number, the optimizatcon combining rolling regulation and pass control is achieved in the cold-rolling process, resulting in improved apparent quality and size precision of the high precision stainless steel strip with the surface roughness Ra less than 0.2um, and contolling precisely the terature and frateo solid solution treatment in the biight continuous furnace leads to in enhanced mechanica properties of the massy coild high precision stainless steel strip used for DF-300 camere
