摘要
采用化学合成法,以六偏磷酸钠作为稳定剂,通过控制反应物的浓度及比例,制备了不同粒径的CdS纳米颗粒,采用超高分辨电子显微镜观察了颗粒形貌,通过吸收光谱、荧光光谱研究了CdS纳米颗粒的量子尺寸效应及表面态、杂质对其光致发光性能的影响。
CdS nanoparticles stabilized with sodium hexametaphosphate were prepared. Colloids with different sizes of CdS nanoparticles were obtained by controlling the concentration and chemical ratio of the reactants. The morphology of the CdS nanoparticles was observed via ultra high resolution TEM. The influence of quantum size effect, surface state and impurity to the photo-emission of the nanoparticles were investigated according to the absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra.
