摘要
以中药三七为原料,水作溶剂,油酸作为表面活性剂,利用高速离心剪切式超细粉碎机对其进行湿式超细粉碎,成功制备了纳米三七液,并通过多种方式对其进行了粒度、显微组织形貌及其结构的表征,包括ZetaPALS粒度分析仪、光学显微镜、红外光谱、扫描电镜等方法。实验结果表明,利用高速离心剪切式超细粉碎可使颗粒尺寸达到50nm,且粉碎后药物的主要成分并没有破坏。
Nano-solution of panax notoginseng has been prepared successfully in oleic acid by high speed centrifugal sheering (HSCS) pulverizer using panax notoginseng power and water. The product is characterized by many ways, including Zeta PALS light scattering granulometric analyzer, optical microscope, FTIR, SEM etc. The results showed that the smallest size of panax notoginseng is 50 nm through HSCS superfine grinding and it can also maintain its original major active ingredient.
