摘要
讨论火灾后钢结构材料性能和结构性能的分析与鉴定。阐述了经历大火后钢结构材料性能的变化特点,钢结构构件火灾后可能发生的外观变形;现场残留物的变形形态与大火温度的关系;介绍了几种判定火灾温度的方法。根据分析,火灾后钢结构的性能鉴定主要是结构的安全性鉴定,鉴定内容为结构材料力学性能、结构构件承载能力、结构构件抵抗变形的能力、以及结构的连接与构造。并提出了火灾后钢结构性能鉴定程序,用实例说明了鉴定程序的应用,为钢结构火灾后的鉴定提供了范例。
In the paper, analysis and judgment are discussed on capability of fired steel structure. The varying characters on capability of fired steel structure and their exterior deformation are expatiated, and the relationship between deformation form of leftover and fire temperature is presented after fire. Several methods to determine the fire temperature are introduced. The judgment on capability of fired steel structure is mainly security judgment, including mechanics capability of material, carrying capacity and distortion capacity of component and joint and conformation of structure. The program for judgment on capability of fired steel structure is offered, at the same time, the program is explained with real example, which is taken as an exemplification for determining fired steel structure.
