婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的心肌酶谱改变

Changes of serum myocardial enzyme in infants with rotavirus enteritis

目的 :探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎时血清心肌酶谱的变化。方法 :对 70例确诊轮状病毒肠炎患儿采取静脉血测定血清心肌酶水平。结果 :观察组心肌酶含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶异常率为 38.5 7% ,高于正常值 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 6 5 .71%高于正常值 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :小儿轮状病毒肠炎可引起心肌酶谱的变化 ,同时可引起轮状病毒性心肌炎 ,治疗的同时注意心肌保护。

Objective:To study the changes of myocardial enzyme in infants with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods:The levels of myocardial enzyme of seventy infants with rotavirus diarrhea was measured.Results:The myocardial enzyme of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The abnormal rate of CK-MB was 38.57%,which was higher than normal value(P<0.005);AST was 67.71% which was also higher than normal value(P<0.005).Conclusions:Rotavirus diarrhea in infants may cause the changes of serum myocardial enzyme and lead to rotavirus myocarditis,so it is important to prevent heart damage,in the treatment of rotavirus diarrhea in infants.
