摘要
目的探讨2种治疗萎缩性鼻炎手术方法的优劣。方法 100例萎缩性鼻炎随机分为2组,56例行鼻腔黏骨膜下充填硅胶术(A 组),44例行鼻前孔缩窄术(B 组)。结果手术治疗总有效率鼻前孔缩窄术高于鼻腔黏骨膜下填充术(P<0.05),并发症鼻前孔缩窄术明显少于鼻腔黏骨膜下充填术(P<0.05)。结论鼻前孔缩窄术治疗萎缩性鼻炎安全有效,要优于鼻腔黏骨膜下填充术。
Purpose To evaluate the therapeutic effect of two surgical treatments for atrophic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients with atrophic rhinitis were divided into two groups randomly;Group A,submucous nasal implantation with silica gel were performed in 56 cases,Group B,anterior nares constrictor operation were performed in 44 cases.Results The total effective rate of constrictor operation was significantly higher than that of submucous implantation (P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications of constrictor operation was significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Anterior nares constrictor operation offers a safe and effective method and is recommended for the treatment for atrophic rhinitis.
