十年住院眼外伤1511例分析

Analysis of 1511 admission cases of ocular trauma in 10 years.

目的 了解眼外伤的致盲原因及盲目率。方法 对近十年来我院收治的眼外伤 15 11例进行临床分析。结果 15 11例 163 5受伤眼中 ,其中开放性眼球损伤 917眼 ,占 5 6 0 8% ,盲目率 (治疗后视力在 0 0 5以下 ) 5 19眼 ,占 5 6 6% ;眼挫伤 3 40眼 ,占 2 0 80 % ,治疗后的盲目率 12 0 5 %。结论 眼外伤发病率高 ,并发症多 ,积极预防和及时正确处理 ,可有效地降低眼外伤的发生率及盲目率。

Objective To evaluate the rate and cause of blindness in ocular trauma patients. Methods Clinical analysis of 1511 admission ca ses (1635 eyes) of ocular trauma in 10 years. Results 917 eyes (56. 08%) were patent wound of eyeball, and after treatment, 519 eyes with visual acuity under 0.05, the rate of blindness is 56.60%; 340 eyes (20.80%) were contused wound of eyeball, and after treatment, 41 eyes with visual acuity under 0.05 , the rate of blindness is 12.05%. Conclusion The incidence rate of ocular trauma is high, and often with other complication, proper disposal can reduce the rate of blindness.
