摘要 目的 :研究紫杉醇慢速释放支架对血管内皮再生及血小板激活的影响 .方法 :杂种犬 3只 ,经麻醉后行血管造影 ,选择血管直径为 3mm的直血管段在远端及近端分别植入直径为 3mm的TAXUSTM支架及裸金属 (NIR)支架 .术后饲养30d ,行血管造影后取标本行扫描电镜检查 .结果 :术后 30d血管造影TAXUSTM支架及NIR支架均无管腔丢失 .扫描电镜显示TAXUSTM支架内皮覆盖不完整 ,有大量血小板黏附聚集 .NIR支架内皮覆盖完整 ,未见血小板黏附聚集 .结论 :TAXUSTM支架内皮再生较NIR支架缓慢 ,有明显的血小板激活 .植入TAXUSTM支架的患者应进行更为严格的抗血小板治疗 . AIM: To evaluate the effect on endothelium regeneration and platelet activation after implantation of TAXUS TM stent. METHODS: TAXUS TM stent and NIR stent were implanted respectively in the same artery in 3 dogs. Thirty days after the implantation of stents, the target vessels were ablated after angiography and observed by scanning electron microscope. RESULTS: The target vessels with TAXUS TM stent were not intact, covered with endothelium and platelet activation was observed. The target vessels of NIR stent were intact, covered with endothelium and no platelet activation was observed. CONCLUSION: Endothelium regeneration after the implantation of TAXUS TM stent is much slower than that after the implantation of bare mental stents. Intensive anti-platelet therapy should be considered after the implantation of drug eluting stents.
