摘要
目的 :研究参芍颗粒对豚鼠心功能的影响 .方法 :将参芍颗粒以 5g/LCMC Na液制成水混悬剂经胃给药 ,10d后用一细导管从颈总动脉插入左心室 ,观察心功能的改变 .结果 :动物心率 (HR)减慢 (2 16± 2 2 )次 /min→ (2 0 6± 2 6 )次 /min ,左室收缩期最高压 (peak)增大 (9.87± 1.0 6 )kPa→(11.2 9± 0 .98)kPa,左室内压上升最大变化率 (+dp/dtmax)降低 (2 16 .5 1± 4 0 .96 )kPa/s→ (16 4 .71± 8.0 2 )kPa/s,左室内压下降最大变化率 (-dp/dtmax)降低 (- 12 5 .0 5± 2 5 .4 6 )kPa/s→(- 79.4 6± 4 .4 6 )kPa/s,心室内压在 5 .32kPa时心肌纤维缩短的速度 (Vc5 .32 )下降 (0 .89± 0 .10→ 0 .6 7± 0 .0 3)V/s.结论 :参芍颗粒可增强心肌收缩力 ,减慢心率 ,降低心肌耗氧量 .
AIM: To study the effects of Ginseng-shuo Granule on the cardiac function of guinea pigs. METHODS: The Ginseng-shuo Granule solution was administrated ig to guinea pigs and after 10 days, the changes of cardiac function were observed by inserting a small catheter into left ventricle from common carotid artery. RESULTS: Compared with those of the animals in the blank control group, the heart rate of the animals in Ginseng-shuo Granule group decreased from (216±22) beat/min to (206±26) beat/min, and the highest left ventricular systolic pressure increased from (9.87±1.06) kPa to (11.29±0.98) kPa. +dp/dt max of the left ventricular pressure fell from (216.51±40.96) kPa/s to (164.71±8.02) kPa/s and -dp/dt max of the left ventricular pressure fell from (-125.05± 25.46) kPa/s to (-79.46±4.46) kPa/s. The shortening velocity of the cardiac muscular fiber lowered from (0.89±0.10) V/s to (0.67±0.03) V/s. CONCLUSION: The Ginseng-shuo Granule can enhance the contraction of the cardiac muscle, decrease the heart rate and lower the O 2 consumption of the cardiac muscle.
