白癜风患者血清和皮肤组织液肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的检测 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE LEVEL OF TUMOUR NECROSIS FACTOR ALPHA IN SERUM AND SKIN TISSUE FLUID IN VITILIGO PATIENTS

摘要 目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)在不同类型、不同时期白癜风患者血清及皮肤组织液中水平变化。方法 :采用放射免疫测定法检测 5 7例不同类型、不同时期白癜风患者血清中TNF -α的水平 ,并与 2 0例正常对照组比较 ;对其中 4 5例患者白斑区、非白斑区及 10例正常对照组皮肤组织液同样进行上述细胞因子检测。结果 :散发型白癜风血清TNF -α(0 .91± 0 .13ng/ml)水平明显高于正常对照组 (0 .78± 0 .0 9ng/ml) (P <0 .0 1) ,散发型白癜风白斑区皮肤组织液TNF -α(0 .99± 0 .0 9ng/ml)水平高于正常对照组 (0 .71± 0 .11ng/ml) (P <0 .0 1)。节段型白癜风患者皮肤和组织液TNF -α水平与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结论 :研究表明TNF -α可能参与非节段型白癜风的发病。 Objective: To study the level of tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)in serum and skin tissue fluid in vitiligo patient. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the serum levels of TNF-α in 57 vitiligo patients, and 20 normal controls. The levels of TNF-α in skin tissue fluid including leukoderma-involved and uninvolved skin from 45 patients and 10 normal controls, were also determined. Results: The results showed that the serum levels of TNF-α in patients with scattered vitiligo (0.91±0.13ng/ml) were significantly higher than those in normal controls(0.78±0.09 ng/ml) (P<0.01).The involved skin tissue fluid levels of TNF-α with scattered vitiligo (0.99± 0.09ng/ml) were significantly higher than those in normal controls(0.71±0.11ng/ml) (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the segmental type and normal control group in serum and skin tissue fluid. Conclusion: This reserch findings indicated that TNF-α may be involved in the pathogenesis of non-segmental vitiligo.
