摘要 此文针对船舶油污事故损害赔偿评 估非线性系统的复杂性,分析了人工神经网络技术在 该领域应用的可能性,建立了船舶油污事故损害赔偿 的神经网络评估模型,并以具体案例来验证该模型的 可靠性,结果比较满意。该模型对船舶油污事故损害赔 偿评估具有一定的参考实用价值。 Firstly the application feasibility of artificial neural network to assess the damage compensation caused by oil spill accidents of ships was discussed according to its nonlinear complexity. Then fifteen famous compensation cases accepted by IOPFC were selected as an example to set up neural network model used for assessing the damage compensation. Finally five concrete cases were used to test the reliability of the model.The results were satisfactory.Thus the model was used be the reference to assessment and it also offered a novel and convenient method to assess the damage compensation caused by oil spill accidents of ships.
