脑卒中发作的常见诱因分析

An investigation for common inducements of stroke attack

目的 分析与脑卒中发作有关的常见诱因 ,为更好地预防中风提供依据。方法 对资料完整的 30 5 9例脑卒中进行回顾性总结 ,着重分析脑卒中发作的常见诱因 ,并进行了卡方检验。结果 30 5 9例脑卒中患者中有明确诱因的有 82 6例 ,占总患病人数的 2 7 0 0 % ;出血性脑卒中 5 4 2例 (36 2 1% ) ;缺血性脑卒中 2 84例 (18 18% )。诱因的频数依次为过度劳累、用力大小便、情绪紧张、饮酒过多、洗澡时间过长、饮食失调、过远行走、做家务过多、玩牌 (含打麻将 )、心脏病等 ;脑卒中在冬季寒冷时较其他季节多发。结论 脑卒中的诱因有的可使机体在一短时间内处于易发病状态 ,有的可即时引起发作 ,积极控制诱因有助于明显减少脑卒中发作。

Objective In order to provide more deta for stroke prevention the common inducements related to stroke attack were investigated. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 3059 stroke cases with integrated record in which the common inducements of stroke attack were emphasized. Chi square test was used in the study. Results Obvious inducements were found in 826(542 cases with hemorrhagic and 284 cases with ischemic stroke) of all the 3059 stroke cases(27%). The top ten common inducements orderly were tiredness, forcibly relieving nature, stress, abusively drinking, prolonged showering, imbalance of diet, prolonged walking, too much housework, playing cards (cincluding mahjong) and heart attack, ect. More strokes attacked in cold winter than other seasons. Conclusions It is suggested that the inducements may make human body susceptible to stroke in a short time or induce stroke attack immediately. To avoid the inducements can reduce stroke attack greatly.
