改性膨润土负载非晶态钌硼合金的制备及催化性能 被引量:3

摘要 研究采用化学还原法制备了钌硼 /膨润土 (RuB/Ben)负载型非晶态合金催化剂 ,以气相苯加氢为探针反应考察了其催化活性和抗硫性能 ,并利用ICP、XRD、BET、TEM等对催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明 ,RuB/Ben非晶态型固体催化剂中的贵金属的负载量很少 ,但有良好的催化活性和抗硫性 ,可望用于实际的生产工艺中。 The RuB amorphous alloy catalysts supported on bentonite was prepared by impregnation and chemical reduction,and the gas-phase benzene hydrogenation was used as a probe reaction to evaluate the catalytic activity, and the sulfur resistance of the catalysts was carried out.The catalyst was characterized by means of inductively coupled plasma (ICP),X ray diffraction (XRD),TEM and BET,respectively. The experiment results showed that the Ru loading amount is few, whereas the activity and the sulfur resistance of the catalyst is well. Therefore, the prepared catalyst is hopeful for being used in actual manufacture.
