摘要 研究了制备制动摩擦材料的温压工艺方法。流变学原理和试验证明 :腰果壳油三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂具有在 110~ 13 0℃范围内黏度高、流动性小的特点 ,更适用于温压工艺。工艺参数研究表明 :模压温度限定于 110~ 12 0℃、成型压力调整到 2 0~ 80MPa、保压时间维持在 1~ 3min ,材料具有优良的摩擦磨损性能。此外 ,通过调节上述工艺参数 ,可以有效地调节摩擦材料的硬度和孔隙率。 The investigation is concentrated on the warm press process for brake friction materials in this article.It is demonstrated from rheology theory and the results of experimentation that CNSL and malemine modified phenolic resin possesses the characteristics of high viscosity and low flow at the temperature of 110~130℃,which is more appropriate for the warm press process.It is also indicated by the experimentation of process parameters that warm press friction materials are achieved much better properties of friction and wear at the conditions of the molding temperature 110~120℃,the pressure 20~80MPa and the holding time 1~3minutes.Furthermore,the hardness and the porosity of warm press friction materials can be regulated by adjusting the process parameters of the warm press.
