摘要
比较了 4 5种花卉粗提液对DPPH·、O·2 、·OH的清除能力 ,及其与多酚、黄酮含量的关系 ,发现红玫瑰粗提液对不同自由基的清除能力较强 ,不同花卉粗提液对DPPH·的清除能力与多酚含量呈显著正相关 (r =0 .880 ) ,但与黄酮含量不呈明显相关关系 (r=0 .36 7) .1.0 0mg红玫瑰鲜花对DPPH·的清除能力相当于 18.74 μgVc,对O·2 的清除能力相当于 39.82 μgVc,对·OH的清除能力亦优于Vc.图 3表 1参 2
The scavenging activities of the aqueous extracts on DPPH ·, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals in 45 kinds of fresh flowers and their correlation with polyphenolic and flavonoid contents were tested. The results indicated: (a) carmine rose was a good scavenger to the three kinds of free radicals; (b) the DPPH · and superoxide anion radical-scavenging activities of the aqueous extracts might be attributed to the polyphenolic content, but not flavonoid content; (c) the scavenging activities of carmine rose to DPPH · and superoxide anion radicals were very strong, and the scavenging activities of 1.00 mg fresh rose flowers on DPPH · and superoxide anion radicals were equal to 18.74 μg and 39.82 μg Vc, respectively; and (d) the scavenging activity of carmine rose on hydroxyl radical was better than Vc.
