洋地黄制剂和β受体阻滞剂治疗房颤的Meta分析

Effectiveness Meta-analysis of digitalis and β-blocker for atrial fibrillation

目的:比较洋地黄制剂、β受体阻滞剂和两药合用三种方法治疗房颤的效果。方法:采用荟萃分析方法,检索并筛选相关文献,比较三种用药方法治疗前后静息心率的变化,以此推断其疗效。结果:三种用药方法均可控制房颤后心室率,两药合用疗效尤为显著,其作用要强于单独使用洋地黄制剂或β受体阻滞剂。结论:两药合用疗效明显,是治疗房颤、控制心室率较为理想的方法。

Objective: To compare the effectiveness of digitalis, β-blocker, and their combination in controlling atrial fibrillation by Meta-analysis. Methods: Data about the therapeutic effectiveness of three methods were collected and selected. Meta-analysis was performed to compare the effectiveness on ventricular rate in atrial fibrillation. Results: All of the three medicine administrations, especially the combination of digitalis and β-blocker, were effective in controlling ventricular rate of atrial fibrillation. Conclusion: The combination of the two medicine administration is ideal in controlling ventricular rate of atrial fibrillation.
