摘要
为了测试免耕播种机的运动特性对播种质量的影响 ,从动力学振动角度建立了免耕播种机运动的线性模型。利用该模型 ,采用MATLAB软件对GreatPlains公司的 12 0 5NT型免耕播种机进行分析研究。结果表明 :在田间作业条件下 ,随着前进速度的增大免耕播种机的谐振振幅从 - 2 7dB增大到 - 14 8dB ,谐振频率从 14 6Hz上升到 2 3 3Hz。播种过程中的振动引起了种子覆土深度的相应波动 ,从而影响免耕播种机的播种性能。所建立的线性模型基本可靠 ,较真实地反映了免耕播种机的运动特性。
The paper introduces a linear model of no-tilling seeding movement, in order to dessribe the relation of the movement character of no-tilling seeding to sowing quality. Analyses of the 1205NT no-tiller with MATLAB showed that with in creasing working speed of no-tilling seeding, the resonance amplitude increases from -27?dB to -14.8?dB, and resonance frequency enhances from 14.6?Hz to 23.3?Hz. Vibration affects seed depth in the course of seeding and restricts sowing performance of no-tilling seeding. A conclusion is drawn that the model is suitable, because it can truly reflect the movement of no-tilling seeding.
