摘要
目前在类似压缩机外壳的结构振动模态和响应的有限元分析技术已经成熟 ,但是从压缩机设计或测量参数出发 ,计算振动激励力 ,分析压缩机运转时的振动响应还有一定的难度 ,振动响应分析的精度往往难以满足工程开发的要求。文中根据某型双转子压缩机的实际结构和特性 ,建立压缩机动力学模型 ,分析双转子压缩机正常运行时的激励力 ,实现有限元软件对压缩机壳体振动响应的数值理论分析 ,并与实验结果的进行比较 ,结果表明这是一种有效的计算方法。
Finite element analysis on the vibration response of the structures such as compressor shell similarly had come into maturity. However, there are some difficulties on analyzing the working vibration of compressor and computing vibration exciting force response proceeding from compressor design or measurement parameter. A three-dimensional finite element model of compressor according to practical structure of compressor is established the exciting force of double-rotor compressor under the normal running conditions is studied, and finishing the numerical analysis of vibrant dynamic response of compressor shell by use of finite element software. The result of theoretical arithmetic and experimental research were compared, it showed that it was an effective analytic method.
