摘要
通过分析客车概念开发阶段车身结构优化有限元分析的作用和特点 ,研究利用简化的参数化分析模型进行早期结构方案优化分析的方法 ,并针对实例客车概念开发 ,以提高整车刚度、降低车身骨架自重为目标 ,进行优化分析的应用研究。优化结果对于客车概念开发阶段的方案确定及后续车身结构详细设计具有重要帮助。
Displays the purpose and characteristics of bus body structural optimization in its conceptual development and presents the method of establishing a simplified parametric finite element (FE) model for concept structure analysis. For application of this optimization and simplified parametric FE model, a case study of structural optimization for bus conceptual design, which is for increasing the whole torsion rigidity and reducing the weight of skeleton of body, has been conducted. The optimizing results are most important for conceptual evaluation and detail structure design.
