摘要 目的 探讨机械刺激子宫内膜对胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和活产率的影响。 方法 回顾性分析体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)周期中 ,B超显示子宫内膜回声紊乱及异常增厚患者 6 4例 ,其中 32例在胚胎移植前 1~ 2周机械刺激子宫内膜为研究组 ,32例未行机械刺激为对照组 ,比较两组患者胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和活产率。 结果 两组患者年龄、不育年限、不育原因、激素反应、受精方式和受精率均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而研究组患者胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和活产率分别为 2 5 .6 1%、5 9.38%和 4 6 .88% ,均显著高于对照组的 7.78%、18.75 %和 15 .6 3% (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 机械刺激子宫内膜显著提高IVF ET周期胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和活产率。 Objective: To analyze the effect of mechanical stimulation to the endometrium on the incidence of successful pregnancy in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods: Sixty-four patients were studied who were with endometrial disorder or thickness diagnosed by ultrasound. Thirty-two patients (case group) were operated on to regain normal endometrium or remove thickened endometrium 1~2 weeks before embryo transfer. The remaining 32 patients were not treated and used as control. The outcome of IVF -ET in the two groups was evaluated by the rates of embryo implantation, clinical pregnancy and live births.Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in the age of the patients, duration and cause for infertility, response to hormone stimulation and the rate of fertilization. However, the rates of embryo implantation, clinical pregnancy and live births in the treatment group were 25.61%, 59.38% and 46.88%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (7.78%, 18.75% and 15.63%). Conclusion: Mechanical stimulation to the endometrium significantly improves the successful pregnancy in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization.
