精索静脉曲张性不育的病机探讨

Discussing the Pathogenesis of Varicocele Causing Male Sterility

精索精脉曲张是引起不育的主要原因之一 ,过去中医文献中缺乏对本病的专门论述。对精索静脉曲张性不育的中医基本病机 ,也是众说纷纭。我们根据中医基本理论 ,结合精索静脉曲张性不育的发病特点及临床治疗实践 ,提出精索静脉曲张性不育的基本病机为肾虚血瘀的病机理论。这对进一步认识精索静脉曲张性不育 ,指导精索静脉曲张性不育的中医治疗具有重要意义。

Varicocele is one main pathogeny of male sterility,there have no special treatise on sterility with varicocele in past literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There are many different theory of the pathogenesis of varicocele causing male sterility.According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the clinical experience,we put forward that the asthenia of kidney and blood stasis is the fundamental pathogenesis of sterility with varicocele.It helps to understand sterility with varicocele and instructs the treatment of sterility with varicocele with traditional Chinese medicine.
