摘要
简述了磁场热处理使钢强化的机制和强化效果 ,并将其与普通形变热处理作了比较。介绍了冷冲模的磁场淬火和高速钢的磁场回火等应用情况 ,展望了磁场热处理的发展前景。
Mechanism and effectiveness for magnetic heat treatment to strengthen steels were briefly described.The magnetic heat treatment is compared with common thermo-mechanical treatment.The applications of the magnetic heat treatment,such as magnetic quenching for cold-punching dies,magnetic tempering and so on,were introduced.The Development of the magnetic heat treutment was predicted.
