电火花表面强化工艺对强化层组织性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用电火花表面强化设备 ,以硬质材料作为强化电极材料 ,白口铸铁为基体材料 ,研究了电火花表面强化工艺对强化层性能的影响。结果表明 ,选择合适的工艺参数 ,可获得好的强化层表面质量 ,且强化层硬度高 ,耐磨性显著提高。 Through the unit for electrosparking surface strengthening,and with cemented carbide as electrode material and white cast iron as substrate material,a series of experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of the electrosparking surface strengthening process on the properties of strengthened layer.The results indicated that the application of optimum processing parameters would make the strengthened layer obtain satisfactory surface quality,high hardness and wear resistance.
