摘要 电控单体泵高压燃油喷射系统具有使发动机达到欧Ⅲ排放标准的潜力,研究在自行开发的单体泵柴油机的ECU上,进行了面向新法规测试规程的标定调整方法研究。指出在满足整机基本性能要求的前提下,对稳态测试循环(ESC)测试方法所指定的工况区,进行更细网格的喷油量和正时的匹配标定工作,并使整个区域内不出现尖点。试验结果表明,整机的气体排放物已达到或接近欧Ⅲ排放标准。 It is considered that diesel engine mounts Electronic Unit Pump (EUP) high pressure fuel injection system has the potential to meet EuroⅢ emission standard. This paper mainly discusses the ECU calibration method of a EUP engine that will be tested by the new cycle. The research found out that the match of injection quantity and timing within the ESC testing area should be finely done and no sharp point is allowed. The experiment shows that the gas emission of the engine has reached or closed to the EuroⅢ emission standard.
