防腐剂山梨酸钾对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究防腐剂山梨酸钾对蚕豆根尖细胞微核和染色体畸变的影响及β胡萝卜素、维生素B2和维生素C对山梨酸钾遗传毒性的抑制作用。方法采用福尔根压片法。结果山梨酸钾可明显引起微核率的上升,与对照组差异显著(P<005)或极显著(P<001),不引起染色体畸变率的明显上升。3种物质均可降低山梨酸钾诱发的微核率和染色体畸变率。结论防腐剂山梨酸钾对蚕豆细胞具有一定的遗传毒性,β胡萝卜素、维生素B2、维生素C对山梨酸钾的毒性具有拮抗作用。 Objective:Effects of the preservative Potassium sorbate on micronuclei and chromosomal aberrations in root tip cells of Vicia faba and inhibition of β-carotene、 vitamin B2 and vitamin C on genetic toxicity induced by Potassium sorbate were studied. Methods:The Feulgen squash technique was used.Results:the preservativecan increase significantly the frequency of micronuclei which were significantly different in comparison with control group;it can not increase significantly the frequencies of chromosomal aberrations. Three vitamins can all reduce the frequencies of micronuclei and chromosomal aberrations. Condusion: The preservative can cause genetic damages to cells of Vicia faba to a certain degree, three vitamins can protect cells. [
