转HrpN的工程菌E4对水稻根际细菌群落结构的影响 被引量:2

Influence of HrpN-transformed Enterobacterera cloacae Strain E4 on Bacterial Community Structure in Rhizosphere of Rice Plant

摘要 采用单一碳源回收菌群的方法与ERIC PCR方法相结合 ,检测水稻 (OryzasativaL )根际施用转基因微生物E4(EnterobacteriacloacaeE4)后 ,其根际微生物的群落结构和多样性的变化 ,进而推测转基因微生物E4在田间施用的安全性。结果表明 :转基因微生物E4施用到水稻根际后 ,水稻根际的代谢指纹图谱和DNA指纹图谱都发生了改变 ,采用southernblot ting检测显示 :E4成为根际的优势菌 ,这对植物生长有利 。 Single carbon source recovery of bacteria and ERIC-PCR techniques were employed in this experiment, to detect the fluctuations of microbial community and diversity in rhizosphere of rice plant after application of transformed Enterobacterera cloacae strain E4 into plant rhizosphere, and to evaluate the safety of releasing strain E4 into fields. Results demonstrated that metabolic fingerprint and DNA fingerprint of microbial community in rhizosphere changed after application of strain E4. Southern blotting profile revealed that E4 turned to be the dominant microbial species in rhizosphere, which is assumed to be beneficial to plant growth without any adverse effect.
