摘要
用10种不同浓度的阿特拉津溶液对津稻107进行叶片涂抹处理,从而确定可以用产生药害的0.076%~0.190%浓度(W V)的阿特拉津溶液检测转化植株对除草剂的抗性。用以上浓度范围的阿特拉津溶液涂抹处理津稻107转化植株,并对在此浓度下检测出的除草剂抗性和敏感的转化植株进行了PCR分析,结果表明,除草剂抗性鉴定结果与分子检测结果一致。因此可以利用浓度为0.076%~0.190%的阿特拉津溶液对早期转化株进行叶片涂抹法鉴定。
The control rice cultivar 'Jindao107' were treated with ten different concentrations of atrazine solutions. The transgenic plants were treated with 0.076% to 0.190% atrazine solutions. PCR analysis was carried out for the transgenic lines of herbicide resistance and the lines of non-herbicide resistance. The results show the identification result of herbicide resistance was similar to that of PCR analysis. So this method can be used to identify the herbicide resistance of transgenic rice. Considering the agricultural production, the plant spraying experiments were carried out, and the transgenic lines were treated with 0.133% atrazine.
