摘要
目的 确定铜锈环棱螺是否为广州管圆线虫中间宿主。方法 收集人工感染广州管圆线虫的大鼠粪便 ,分 2批对铜锈环棱螺进行人工感染试验。 2次定性感染成功后 ,再捕捉现场的铜锈环棱螺检查自然感染情况。然后从铜锈环棱螺中分离的广州管圆线虫第 3期幼虫感染大鼠 ,以证实之。结果 2批铜锈环棱螺均检及广州管圆线虫第 3期幼虫 ,感染率分别为 34.31% (35 / 10 2 )与 34.15 % (42 / 12 3) ;闽侯、连江两县现场标本的自然感染率 ,分别为 3.85 % (2 / 5 2 )与 2 .37% (5 / 2 11)。分离的第 3期幼虫感染大鼠 ,亦获得发育成熟的成虫。结论 铜锈环棱螺经人工和自然感染调查 ,证实可作为广州管圆线虫的良好中间宿主。
To determine whether Bellamya aeruginosa is the intermediate host for Angiostrongylus cantonesis, two groups of Bellamya aeruginosa were infected with the first stage larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonesis, in which the first group was the qualitative infection and the second group was the repeatedly qualitative infection. Following the successful infections for two times, the natural infection with this worm was investigated by collection of Bellamya aeruginosa in the field investigations and by examining the third stage larvae. It was found that the artificial infection rates of the first stage larvae in these two groups were 34.31% and 34.15% respectively, and the natural infection rates of the third stage larvae collected from the spots of Lianjiang and Minhou county of Fujian province were 3.85% and 2.37% respectively. It is concluded that Bellamya aeruginosa acts as the favorable intermediate host for Angiostrongylus cantonesis.
