浙江省传染性非典型肺炎冠状病毒分离株ZJ01的细胞病变与增殖滴度

摘要 目的 观察分离自浙江省 1例早期SARS患者的病毒ZJ0 1株在Vero、Vero E6及RD细胞上进行适应 ,以及在上述几种细胞中ZJ0 1株的增殖滴度。方法 病毒增殖采用观察细胞病变及荧光染色法进行。结果 证实ZJ0 1病毒株对Vero、Vero E6及RD等细胞均敏感 ,但在几种细胞中的增殖滴度有较大的差别 ,其中以Vero E6感染滴度最高可达 10 6.0~ 7.0 ,Vero和RD细胞的增殖滴度在 10 3 0~ 4.0 。结论 本文认为SARS病毒ZJ0 1株对上述细胞均敏感 ,其中以Vero E6细胞滴度最高。 The propagation and adaptation of the SARS coronavirus ZJ01 strain isolated from Zhejiang province in Vero, Vero E6 and RD cells were investigated in this study. The propagation of this virus strain was determined by the cytopathic effects on these cells and immunofluorescence analysis. It was found that the Vero, Vero E6 and RD cells were all sensitive to the infection with this virus strain, but the viral propagation showed great differences among these cells, in which the viral titer was up to 10 6 to 10 7 in Vero-E6 cells and 10 3 to 10 4 in Vero and RD cells.
