摘要
目的 探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 对 4 0例 (46只眼 )翼状胬肉患者作翼状胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植。结果 术后随访平均 2 0个月 ,所有患者除 2只眼复发外 ,其余全部一次治愈 ,翼状胬肉复发率为 2 9%。结论 翼状胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉有独特疗效 ,治愈率高 ,复发率低 ,是目前较为理想的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT) in treating pterygium. Methods 40 patients (46 eyes)with pterygium were treated with excision of pterygium and fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. Results Patient were followed up for mean 20 months.The curative rate of primary operation for pterygium was 97 1%,and the recurrence rate of pterygium was 2 9%. Conclusions The excision of pterygium combined with fresh amniotic transplantation is a valuable therapeutic method for the pterygium with high successd and low recurrent rate.
