摘要
采用SBR法对豆制品废水处理进行了试验研究,就C/N对硝化—反硝化的影响及提高脱氮效果的途径作了讨论。试验结果表明,采用SBR法的最佳运行模式处理,当豆制品废水的COD_(cr)、TN、NH_3-N分别为2000mg/l、470mg/l和465mg/l时,经处理后,其去除率可分别达到96%、85%和98%,出水的COD_(cr)≤90mg/l,TN≤75mg/l,NH_3-N≤9mg/l,脱氮效果显著。
Study on treatment of soybean products wastewater by using SBR has been done. Effects of C/N on nitrificationdenitrification and the way for enhancing denitrification were discussed. The result showed that by using proposed operation model of SBR method for treating soybean products wastewater, while the concentration of COD, TN and NH_3N were 2000mg/l, 470mg/l and 465mg/l respectively, the removal rate could be 96%, 85% and 98% respectively. COD in effluent≤90mg/l, NH_3-N≤90mg/l and TN≤75mg/l, the efficiency of denitrification was obvious.
