本文通过回溯学术史,证明“与国际接轨”是一项已经进行了百年之久的事业,并总结了这一漫长过程中的若干历史经验和教训。本文还认为,从来国际间的学术文化交流与对话都是双向乃至多向的,对所谓“接轨”也应作如是观。中国的古典文学研究在完成了从传统“国学”向现代人文学科的转型之后,已经形成了一个既保持自己特色、又融进国际先进理论和方法的学术统系,成了国际中国古典文学研究的中心。我们今后的任务是继续进行与国际同行的交流和对话,以丰富、完善和提升这个统系,而不是重新“接轨”。
