摘要
研究了乙草胺等 5种常用农药对真姬菇菌丝生长速率的影响。通过将供试农药按一定浓度梯度加入到PDA培养基中 ,接种真姬菇菌块 ,测量菌落的直径 ,计算出菌丝平均生长速度。并借助统计软件SPSS分析了五种常用农药对真姬菇菌丝生长速度的影响 。
The effect of Acebochion and another four frequently used pesticides on Hypsizygus marmoreus mycelium growth rate was surveyed.The diameters of daily developing clonies were recorded after transferring inoculation tablets into PDA medium containing grades of five pesticides and the corresponding mycelium growth rate was determined.By analysis of data through SPSS,a result was obtained,which can provide a highly informative basis for further research.
