培养条件对羊肚菌菌丝生长的影响

Effect of Cultural Conditions of Mycelia Growth of(Morchella sp.)Sn-1 Strain

报告了分离自沈阳天柱山的羊肚菌 (Morchel la .sp .)Sn - 1菌株的菌丝生长条件的研究结果。该菌株的最佳碳氮源为葡萄糖和硝酸铵 ;最适生长温度为 2 4℃ ;最适的pH为 7 5 ;光照培养不利于菌丝生长。正交实验结果表明 ,在碳源、氮源、温度和pH这 4个主要因素中 ,影响最大的是温度因子 ;影响强调的顺序为温度、氮源、碳源和pH ;最佳的组合为葡萄糖 2 5g/L、硝酸铵 2 0g/L、温度 2 4℃、pH7 5。

The cultural conditions of mycelia of(Morchella sp.)Sn-1 strain were reported in this paper such as carbon sources,nitrogen sources,pH,temperature in solid media.The experiment results indicated that the mycelia grew best in the synthetic medium of Glucose(25g/L)and ammonium nitrate(2.0 g/L),pH 7.5 at temprefureo of 24℃ and in dark.
