摘要
对香菇液体菌种的碳氮营养需求及培养条件进行了研究。结果表明 :香菇 937菌株能利用多种碳氮源 ,其中碳源以玉米粉为最好 ,有机氮优于无机氮 ,豆饼粉为最佳氮源。最适培养条件为 2 5℃ ,摇床转速 12 0r/min ,接种量 5 % ,装液量为 2 5 0mL三角瓶装 10 0mL发酵液 ,pH 5～ 6 ,发酵时间为 7d 。
The appropriate liquid fermentation medium and submerged culture condition of Lentinus edodes have been studied.The results showed that the optinal composition of the medium was gaind and the optimum culture conditions by shaking flask culture were at temprefure of 25℃ with rev of 120 r/min,pH5～6,liquid capactity was 100mL in 250mL flask,5% inoculating amount,fermentative cycle 7 d.
