摘要
应用傅里叶变换红外光谱以及曲线拟合等技术,研究了氰根与烟草过氧化物酶同工酶Ⅱ(TOPⅡ )作用前后的二级结构的变化情况,定量地分析了各个二级结构的变化情况。结合氰根对TOPⅡ活性的抑制情况,从二级结构的角度解析了烟草过氧化物酶的结构与活性之间的关系。
By the Fourier transform infrared spectra and curve-fitting, the amide I region was analyzed in detail, the secondary structures of the isoenzyme II of tobacco peroxidase (TOP II) and the TOP II interacted with CN- were investigated and calculated quantitatively. The relationship between the secondary structures and the activity of the enzyme was also discussed. It concluded that the decrease of the activity of the TOP II interacted with CN- was due to the variation of the secondary structure of the TOP II.
