Manufacture of Lingle-grouped Imposition Glue Emulsion

采用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯—三羟甲基丙烷加成物用苯酚进行封闭,再与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛溶液进行乳化,以其对木材的粘接性和耐水性进行初步的研究,取得了较满意的效果。

Imposition glue emulsion was prepared by two steps: (1) the composite of toluene,2,4-diisocyanate and trimethylolpropane react with phenol in an sealed vessel,(2) and then emulsified the composite with polyvinyl formal solution.Caking property and water resistance of the wood were also investigated.
