Correspondence education is an organic part of adult education and university education. With the mushroom development of information economy and science & technology, establishing 'Learning Enterprise' is an essential goal and direction of modern enterprises. As colleges & universities, it is exigent to solve the situation how to meet the needs of enterprises and effectively develop the correspondence education. We,therefore,systematically itemize the ways to improve teaching quality via management of correspondence education, and, furthermore, discuss the approaches to establish high-level correspondence education. 
