试述大学教师完整的教学观

On Comprehensive Teaching Concept of Teachers in Universities

当前,我国高等职业教育蓬勃发展,作为培养人才的高等学府,其基本教学组织形式仍是课堂教学,我们可以从大学课堂的教学出发来审视当代大学教师的教学行为及其教学观。通过分析大学生自身发展的特点与面临的问题,并结合大学教师及大学教学的特点,在反思传统教学观的基础上,提出了大学教师完整的教学观。

From the perspective of class teaching in higher schools, we display the present teaching behavior and concept of the teachers in higher schools. The paper first analyzes the developmental characteristic and existing problems of the college students, combined with its teacher's job feature. On the basis of examining the traditional teaching concept, it puts forwards a new comprehensive notion that the college teachers should hold up. 
