In cooperative learning,students study in groups with teacher's direction,so that all the students have best study effects.Adult learners play mulriple roles in both society and families,and they represent complicated characteristic of learning mentality.They have diversiform learning demand,so their learning motivation is also multi ply.In the limited class time,we can creat cooperative learning situation which fits adult learners,carry out panel learning activities,and regard teachers as equal dialogists who can participate in the activities.Such friendly class atmosphere and harmonious cooperative relationship will help to inspire adult learning motivation, encourage their self-confidence and participation in learning,and improve their learning enthusiasm. 
