高职院校构建学生思想教育工作体系的思考

The Thought on Construction of the Working System of the Students' Ideological Education in Higher Professional Colleges

当前高职院校应重点关注进一步加强和改进学生的思想教育和管理工作。通过对学生进行问卷调查、对学生思想教育工作情况分析和研究,提出以学生党建为核心构建学生思想教育工作体系的设想和基本队伍建设的建议,不断探索学生思想教育工作的有效途径和方法。

At present the higher professional colleges should pay more attention to the promotion of the students' ideological education and management work. According to the investigation on the students and analysis on the ideological work we present the intention of the working system of the students' ideological education in which the Party construction is as its core, the suggestion of the construction of the basic team and the effective ways and methods to approach the students' ideological work. 
