脱硅渣合成钾肥的结晶性能 被引量:3

摘要 以铁水脱硅渣和碳酸钾为原料合成钾肥,利用X射线衍射对钾肥试样的结晶性能进行了分析.考察了氧化钾加入量,加热温度,保温时间,冷却方式以及氧化物添加种类对合成钾肥结晶性能的影响.研究结果表明,利用铁水脱硅渣和碳酸钾为原料可以合成钾肥;合成的钾肥由含钾结晶相Ca1.917K0.166SiO4,非含钾结晶相Ca2SiO4和含钾非结晶相组成.在本研究条件下,各种因素对合成钾肥的结晶性能没有明显影响.
