摘要
测定复方利血平氢氯噻嗪片中氯化钾的含量。用水制备供试品溶液 ,加入氯化钠消除电离干扰 ,将供试品溶液喷入乙炔 -空气火焰 ,用标准曲线法测定氯化钾的含量。氯化钾在 0 5~ 3 0 μg·ml-1范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,相关系数r =0 9987;在标示量的 80 %、 10 0 %、 12 0 %三个浓度点测定回收率 ,平均回收率为 10 0 3% ,RSD为 1 1% (n =9)。本法简单、快速、准确、重现性好 ,适用于复方利血平氢氯噻嗪片中氯化钾含量的测定。
A flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of potassium chloride in compound reserpine and hydrochlorithiazide tablets was established. The sample solutions were prepared with water and sodium chloride was added to eliminate ionization interference. The sample solutions were injected into air-acetylene flame. The content of potassium were calculated by standard calibration curves. The linear range fro potassium chloride was 0~3.0μg, r=0.9987. The average recovery rate was 100.3%, RSD=1.1 (n=9). The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproductive.
