中西药不同方案治疗带状疱疹的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of TCM and Western Medicine Schemes in Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的 :研究中西药不同方案治疗带状疱疹的疗效及成本 -效果。方法 :将64例带状疱疹患者随机分成两组 ,分别用中药和西药治疗 ,并运用药物经济学的成本 -效果分析方法进行比较。结果 :中药组和西药组的成本分别为157 40元、594 50元 (P<0 05) ,疗效分别为96 88%、81 25% (P<0 05) ,成本 -效果比分别为1 62、7 32。结论 :中药方案明显优于西药方案 ,是治疗带状疱疹的较佳方案。

OBJECTIVE:To compare the cost-effective ratio in treatment of herpes zoster between TCM and western medicine scheme.METHODS:Sixty four patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,with one group treated by medicinal herbs(treating group,TG)and another treated by chemical drugs(control group,CG).Then,pharmacoeco_ nomical cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out.RESULTS:The cost for TG was RMB157.40yuan and that for CG was RMB594.50yuan,with a significant difference between them(P<0.05).In contrast,the total effective rates were96.88%and81.25%for TG and CG respectivly,also with a significant difference between them(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The TCM sch_ eme is better than western medicine one for treatment of herpes zoster.
