This article introduces the principle of QAM demodulation and the application of STV0297 in digital cable television STB. This system takes STi5518 as the core to input 36 MHz signal and output simulate video and audio signal. It can complete channel decoding and source decoding. This article focuses on the channel decode design of digital cable STB.
