对非DEA有效(C^2R或C^2GS^2)的决策单元,本文给出了在现有输入条件下,某输出量应增加多少才能使决策单元变为DEA有效的计算方法。
The decision making unit will become DEA efficient(C^2R or C^2GS^2) if the inputs are existent, and if we increase the value of some output to the value calculated by the method presented in the paper.
