摘要
本文研究用化学液相共沉淀法制备BaTiO_3超微粒的技术。通过TG-DTA,XRD和TEM分析以及BET法比表面积测定,讨论了共沉淀物的热分解和固相反应过程,分析了该BaTiO_3超微粒的晶型、颗粒大小、形貌特征和比表面积。结果表明,利用化学液相共沉淀法可制得粒径500~600,比表面积16.8m^2/g的单相、均一的四方晶型BaTiO_3超微粒。作者还根据电子衍射花样计算了该BaTiO_3单晶体的晶格常数。
The superfine BaTiO_3 powder has been prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. By means of TG-DTA the decomposition of BaTiO(C_2O_4)_2·4H_2O is studied. The structure, size and appearance of the powder are investigated by XRD and TEM method. By means of BET method the specific surface of it is also discussed. The powder is about 500~600 (?) in average grain size, 16.8m^2/g in specific surface, with uniform tetragonal monophase. The lattice constant of BaTiO_3 has been also calculated from the result of the electric diffraction pattern.
