摘要
本文对以F.L.Smidth分解炉为代表的喷腾式分解炉内气体运动规律进行了试验研究。运用新开发的实验手段,实测了F.L.Smidth分解炉模型内气体的停留时间分布曲线及流场分布状况。结果表明,F.L.Smidth分解炉具有逐渐减弱循环流特征的类活塞流。该结果对了解物料在分解炉内的运动规律及完善分解炉的结构具有一定的参考价值,并为研究物料在分解炉内的运动规律打下了基础。
By using F. L. Smidth calciner as a representation, this paper discusses the motion of gas in spout precalciner. From the experiment of residence time distribution of gas and analysis of velocity profile, the type of gas flow in F. L. Smidth's calciner is a plug-like flow with back-mixing zone. The results can be used for reference in operation, evaluation and design of F. L. Smidth calciner.
