摘要
本文对采用各种节能村板的球磨机筒体横断面进行了几何学分析,导出了采用沟槽衬板、角螺旋衬板和锥面衬板的球磨机筒体有效容积计算公式。为精确地计算这些衬板对球磨机有效容积的影响——增减度,即为计算它们的增产率和节能率提供了依据。
In this article the geometrical analysis of the cylindrical cross-sections of ball mill with various kinds of saving energy liner plates is presented. The calculation equations of effective internal volume on ball mills adopting grooved liner plates, angled spirality liner plates with big arc, and graded liner plates with cone-shaped plates (straight or curved) have been inferred. The accurate calculation of the influence of the effective volume provides the basis for the increasing productivity and efficiency of saving energy.
